Q: What do I do when a repair is needed?

A: EarQ will reimburse the expense for repairs necessary that fall within that manufacturer standard S/R coverage. Simply pay the invoiced amount, then send a copy of the invoice to EarQ for a full refund. That way, the experts who created the device will be the ones who service it as well.

Q: How can patients keep track of how long they have left on their warranty?

A: EarQ will provide you with warranty cards. Upon delivery of the devices, simply note four years from that date on the warranty card prior to giving it to the patient for easy reference.

Q: Will my invoice change?

A: Your invoices will be mailed directly from the manufacturer, and will reflect a $32 charge per device, which indicates the supplemental coverage through a full four years on each EarQ device.
